Critical moments

At critical times we need to make sure we are doing the very best we can. Such is the
case of divorce, the death of a loved one, serious illness, economic crisis, etc
The greatest difficulty at these times is to keep our strength, perspective and be able to think and feel at the same time.
Having someone there, either in a group or in private therapy, to listen and help us rescue the best of us can help us set better foundations for a new life cycle.
